Quality you can see before it ships

Quality control is not a final glance at the end of a line. It is a set of checks that follow the product from the approved sample to the finished piece.

Before your order ships, we share QC photos and video. You see the real goods, not a description of them, and you can raise any concern while the order is still with us.

What gets checked

Checks are set against your approved sample and your brief. The exact checklist is agreed for each style, because a leather wallet and a washed jean fail in different ways.

Think of QC as a conversation between your brief and the product. The clearer your brief, the sharper the check. If one detail matters more than all others for your customer, tell us which one.

  • Measurements against your size chart
  • Stitching, seams and construction
  • Fabric, wash or leather finish consistency
  • Hardware, trims and label placement
  • Packing against your instructions

Why the approved sample matters

The sample you approved is the standard for bulk. Production is compared to it, so you are never judging bulk against a vague idea.

If your brand has particular tolerances or defect rules, share them early. We discuss them per project and confirm what applies at quotation.

What you receive

QC photos and video are shared before shipping. This gives you a clear view of the finished goods and a chance to ask questions.

Because denim and leather are made under one roof, a mixed order is checked within one process rather than passed between separate factories.

Looking at photos and video also helps your own team. You can plan listings, content and receiving with a real view of what is coming.
