From idea to a finished, buildable product

Some products do not exist yet. You have a sketch, a mood board or a sample from another brand that comes close. Custom development is how that idea becomes something we can make, repeat and ship.

NovoStitches develops denim and leather products in Pakistan from whatever you bring. A sketch, a tech pack or a reference sample are all valid starting points. Development is a conversation, not a handover. We expect questions from both sides. You tell us what you want to feel and see, and we tell you what works in construction, fabric and finishing.

What we can develop

Development covers the details that make a product yours.

Some ideas need compromise. A detail that looks simple in a sketch may behave differently in real fabric or leather. We flag these points early, suggest alternatives, and let you choose.

  • Hardware, stitching and trims

How we work with you

We review your brief and raise questions early, before they become problems. Then we make a paid sample so you can judge the result in your hands.

If something needs to change, we revise. Bulk production starts only when you approve the sample.

Why one roof helps

Denim and leather are made in the same place. A design that combines both, such as a denim jacket with leather trim, does not need to be coordinated across two suppliers.

Development fees, material choices and timing depend on the project and are confirmed at quotation.

Combined designs are a strength of working under one roof. Leather panels on denim, denim linings in leather bags and matching hardware across both are all easier to plan in one place.

The clearer your reference, the faster the first sample. Photos from several angles, measurements and notes about fabric weight and colour make a real difference.
