Our approach to responsible production

Responsible production starts with honest communication. We want you to know what you are buying, how it is made and what has been agreed, before you commit to an order.

We do not make broad claims on this page. Your requirements are specific to your market and your customers, so we discuss them per project and confirm them at quotation.

Clear agreements

Many problems in sourcing come from unclear expectations. We try to remove them early.

A written agreement protects both sides. It gives you something to check the sample and the finished order against.

  • Materials, trims and finishing confirmed in writing at quotation
  • A paid sample that you approve before bulk production
  • Your approved sample as the reference for bulk

Visibility on your order

You should not have to guess what is being made. Before an order ships, we share QC photos and video, so you can see the finished goods.

Because denim and leather are made under one roof, a mixed order is handled within one process and one point of contact. That makes it easier to ask questions and get a direct answer.

Keep any documents you need to see in your brief, so we can respond to them directly.

If you have specific requirements

Some buyers have requirements for materials, documentation, labelling or compliance. If you do, tell us at the start of the project.

We will discuss what you need, say what we can and cannot meet for your style, and confirm it at quotation. We will not confirm anything we cannot support.

Honest answers matter more than impressive ones. If a requirement is outside what we can support for your style, we will say so before you commit.

  • Share your requirements with the brief
  • Ask about anything unclear
  • Review the confirmed terms before you approve a sample
