Free Jeans Tech Pack Template

Build a tech pack for jeans in your browser, print it or save it as a PDF, and send it to your manufacturer with your sketch.

Fill this in, print it or save it as a PDF, and send it with your sketch or reference sample. A clear tech pack is the fastest way to get an accurate sample and a quote you can compare. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere until you choose to email it.

What a good tech pack includes

  • A flat sketch or clear photos of the front, back and key details, with callouts.
  • Measurements for your base size and the size range, with a tolerance.
  • Fabric, weight, colour and wash, ideally with a physical reference.
  • Trims: thread, zip, buttons, rivets, labels and where each one sits.
  • Packaging and labelling instructions for the finished goods.

Read the full guide: how to prepare a tech pack, then see how sampling works. When you are ready, request a quote. The minimum is 50 pieces per style and you approve the sample before any bulk run.
